7 March, 1811 A Memorial from Bros. Andrew Davison, James McDonagh and Backhouse Lenox praying a Warrant to hold a Lodge in Magherafelt, Co. Londonderry was read in Grand Lodge. Granted.
Warrant was reissued to brethren in MAGHERAFELT, CO. LONDONDERRY
1 December 1825 Grand Lodge was read a Memorial of Lodge 169 Magherafelt praying leave to remove that Lodge to Tubbermore. Granted.
4 August 1831 Grand Lodge was read the Application of 169 to have leave to remove from Magherafelt to Larycormick, near Moneymore
2 August 1860 Warrant Suspended by G.L. Order
4 October 1895 Warrant reissued to `Freedom Lodge' in ARTHUR SQUARE, BELFAST.
6 August 2004 Copy letter from the Grand.Secretary noting that Lodge No 285 will return the Warrant to G.L. at the end of the current year. … We also note … that the name of Lodge No.169 is being changed from "Freedom" to "Tower of Lebanon."
2nd October 2004 The Grand Lodge Board of General Purposes noted, with regret, for reporting to Grand Lodge, the decision of the Brethren to return the Warrants of Lodges Nos. 285, Belfast, on amalgamation with Lodge No. 169
