Ingredients

12 Pork Sausages
2 Onions
Garlic
200ml White Wine
2x400g Tins Chopped Tomatoes
2tsp Oregano
800g Pasta (Fusilli)
2 Balls of Mozzarella
100g Breadcrumbs
140g Cheddar Cheese
60g Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Method

Cook pasta as per instructions
< Cut sausages into bite-sized pieces and fry for 6-7 mins until browned. Remove from pot and set aside.
Add chopped onion & garlic to pot and cook for 5 mins.
Add wine and tomatoes to pot and bring to boil.
Return sausages to pot and add oregano
Cook until sauce has reduced.
Toss pasta through the sauce along with the mozzarella cut into small pieces.

Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish, top with the breadcrumbs and cheese (mixed).
Cook in oven at 200?C for 20-25 mins
Serve with garlic bread and a green salad.
